Qualitative Diagnostic of high-density leptin cholesterol in human serum samples. Hipro’s HDL-C test is mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia, coronary heart disease, and atherosclerosis clinically.

Testing Principle of High-Density Lipoproptein Cholesterol (HDL-C) Test

  • R1 blocks LDL and VLDL cholesterol in the sample.
  • The esterified HDL cholesterol is hydrolyzed by cholesterol lipase to produce cholesterol, and cholesterol is oxidized by cholesterol oxidase to produce H202, which reacts with 4-amino antipyrine and HDAOS to produce quinone dye.
  • The change of light intensity produced by the reaction is proportional to the HDL cholesterol content in the sample.
  • The content of the object to be measured in the sample is calculated by the standard curve.
