How to use：

1. Stay relaxed and sit still for a moment before measurement

2. Hold the arm band parallel to the heart with the palm of your hand up, keeping the air inlet tube parallel to the artery

3. Wrap the armband tightly around the arm in the opposite direction and stick it together

4. Keep the armband parallel to the heart with the palm up

 

Note:

When measuring blood pressure, please be sure to pay attention to the following points, otherwise the blood pressure measurement value may be inaccurate

1. Please sit quietly for 5 minutes before measurement, and then adopt the correct posture for measurement (please ensure emotional quiet and stability)

2. Please do not measure while standing, walking, or when your body parts are under pressure.

3. Please do not measure after smoking, drinking alcohol, or drinking coffee (black tea)

4. Please do not measure after exercise or after bathing

5. Please do not talk or move your body during the measurement process

6. Please do not move, shake your arm or bend your fingers during the measurement process

7. Please do not measure in too cold, too hot or in an environment with drastic changes in conditions

8. Do not measure in a moving vehicle

9. Please do not measure continuously for a long time (2-3 minutes or more between two adjacent measurements)

10. Please do not measure within 1 hour after meals

11. Please do not use mobile phone near this product.

12.If you can’t measure normally due to misoperation during use, please reinstall the battery for measurement

13.When there are common heart rate irregularities (such as atrial premature, ventricular premature and atrial fibrillation, etc.), the measurement value may be inaccurate or impossible to measure.
